Lifestyle modifications can be beneficial, such as adopting a diet low in saturated fats and sodium, regular exercise, quitting smoking, and managing chronic conditions like hypertension or diabetes. These changes can reduce the likelihood of recurrence and contribute to overall better health. It can indeed feel overwhelming, but taking proactive steps and closely following medical advice can lead to a constructive path forward.
