I am really concerned about my health lately. Like, I've been feeling a bit dizzy and tired all the time, and it was even worse last week when I had this weird fainting spell after working out! My friends suggested that I should check my blood pressure since I was complaining about feeling lightheaded. When I finally did, it came back at 150/95! 😳 I know the average blood pressure in human body is supposed to be around 120/80, right? But I was wondering, how can my blood pressure be so high? I’m only in my early 30s and don’t have a family history of hypertension. I also thought maybe it was just a one-time thing, but I checked it again a couple of days later and it was still around the same—like, what does this mean for me? I don't want to freak out, but I read that having higher than average blood pressure in human body can lead to serious issues. Could it be stress or maybe my diet? Do you think I should see a doctor right away or try to manage it myself first? Any advice from allopathic doctors would really help me out!
