A persistent low-grade fever for 15 days with normal CBC and cultures can happen with hidden infections, thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, or even medications. If you don’t feel heat but the thermometer shows fever, it’s also important to confirm the reading with a different thermometer. Please consult a physician or internal medicine specialist soon for a full evaluation, including thyroid tests, ESR/CRP, chest evaluation, and possibly imaging if needed.
Hello dear See 100-101 is quite high fever I doubt it probably seems either viral or dengue However exact clarification cannot be done I suggest you to please get following tests done for confirmation Cbc repeat Esr Widal Culture pcr Please share the result with general physician ( medicine) for better clarification Also for the mean time take paracetamol 500 mg 6 hourly to control fever In addition do ice application on feet and head for control of temperature Hopefully you recover soon Regards

I am suggesting you some medicine as follows - Rx - 1) Tab Montac lc ( one tablet at night) 2)Paracetamol 500 mg ( one in morning, one at night) 3) Tab fluvir 75 mg ( once a day ) 4) tab ondansetron ( if vomit take place ) 5) cap Easibreathe ( for steam) ( take capsule crushed into hot water and then take steam ) 6) Cap pantop dsr ( daily morning empty stomach)

Typhoid IgM / Widal
Chest X-ray – to rule out TB
Thyroid Profile (TSH, FT3, FT4)
Dengue IgG / IgM (if in your area)
LFT (liver test)
Ultrasound abdomen (if pain, appetite loss, or weight loss)
Hello Abrama, thank you for sharing your concern. According to what you have mentioned, you need a bit more evaluation.
Kindly get done these tests and review with reports - MP, Typhidot IgM IgG, Dengue NS1 IgM IgG, Chest X-ray PA view, Ultrasound of Abdomen, a repeat CBC, ESR, CRP.
This is to find out the source of your infection. Review with reports.
Till then Take Tab. Paracetamol 650mg when fever appears.
