how to glow our face

I am trying to figure out how to glow our face, but honestly, it’s been frustrating! Like, I've always had kind of dull skin, but over the past few months, it got worse. I recently tried this new skincare routine – started with a fancy cleanser, then a toner, and some hydrating serums. But my face still looks kinda lackluster. I been using sunscreen every day too, which I thought would help, but I just don’t get it. I even splurged on a vitamin C serum hoping it would improve the dullness and help me glow my face, but I feel like it’s not working as I hoped. I also noticed some dry patches around my cheeks and then there are these weird little bumps that come and go – ugh! Do you think diet has anything to do with how to glow our face? Like, should I be eating more fruits or something? I read somewhere that drinking water helps too, but I swear I drink enough. What foods or habits do you think actually help? I feel stuck and just want my skin to look healthy and bright again!
