I am really freaking out here because I just woke up one day and BAM! My face is totally covered in pimples. Like, what to do when pimples come on face? I've tried washing my face a zillion times and even used some over-the-counter stuff from the pharmacy that promised clear skin in a week, but here we are, a month later, and nothing has changed. The pimples keep appearing, sometimes small and red, other times painful and huge! ugh I seriously don't know if it’s the food I’m eating or stress at work or what but it’s freaking me out. I’m avoiding going out because I can't cover them well enough with makeup. I did some research and thought maybe it’s hormonal but should I rush to a dermotologist or try some home remedies first? What to do when pimples come on face? What about diet changes or skin-care routines? Does anyone here have experience with dealing with this situation? It's really uncomfortable and makes me feel super self-conscious. Like, I just want my skin to go back to being clear. Please help!
