I am really worried about some things that have been happening with my health lately. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this strange pounding in my head, which led me to check my blood pressure. I was kinda shocked because it was much higher than what it’s supposed to be. I mean, I thought I was doing alright, but maybe I’ve been too stressed lately with work and everything!
