I am super confused about how to apply green tea on face overnight. Last week, I read somewhere that green tea is supposed to be really good for your skin, especially for redness and puffiness, and also helps with acne, which I’ve been battling forever. I thought, why not give it a try, right? So, I brewed some green tea and used the teabags on my face for like twenty mins. But then I was wondering, is there a better way? Like, how to apply green tea on face overnight—is that even a thing? I mean, I get that people do face masks, but is just slapping on some green tea okay? Should I mix it with something, or just use the liquid? I was thinking of soaking a cotton pad in green tea and then leaving it on while I sleep, but what if it makes my pillow all messy? Or worse, what if it clogs my pores?! I really wanna know how to apply green tea on face overnight safely because I really can’t handle any more breakouts! I mean, has anyone tried this? Any tips or tricks? Also, how often can I do this? I just feel kinda lost here and want to figure out how to apply green tea on face without causing problems. Thanks a ton!
