aloe vera juice side effects

I am starting to get really worried about how I feel after drinking aloe vera juice. Like, I read it’s super hydrating and good for digestion, but I don’t know if I’m overdoing it or something. I started taking it a couple weeks ago to help with some stomach issues and I have noticed some weird effects. My stomach seems to be making more noise than usual, and sometimes I get cramps. Is that normal?? I even looked up aloe vera juice side effects and saw everything from diarrhea to abdominal pain, but I thought I’d be fine since I’m just using it in moderation, you know? But honestly, it's kinda hard to judge cause I’ve also changed my diet lately. Ugh. Just last night, I had this awful episode where I felt like my stomach was in knots, and I was just thinking, this couldn’t be the aloe vera juice side effects kicking in, right? I mean, I was feeling great otherwise! Has anyone else gone through something similar with aloe vera juice side effects? I’m just trying to get a grip on what’s happening here and if I should cut back or talk to someone about it or anything. Any ideas would really help!
