I am kind of freaking out right now because I've been feeling really weird lately. A couple weeks ago, I suddenly got this tightness in my chest, but I brushed it off as just anxiety or maybe bad posture – I mean, who doesn’t get that from time to time, right? But then, I started noticing these mild heart attack symptoms, like shortness of breath when I'm just walking around the house and some weird tingling in my left arm. I'm thinking, could this be just me overreacting? My dad had heart issues, and I always thought that was just something that happened to older people or people who didn’t take care of themselves. But here I am, relatively healthy at 32, and now I'm Googling mild heart attack symptoms and freaking myself out even more. I've tried to stay calm, but I can’t shake this feeling that something might be seriously wrong. Is it possible I’m really experiencing mild heart attack symptoms? What should I actually be looking for to make sure I’m not ignoring something serious? I’m really hoping it’s just stress but... am I just being naive here?
