I am feeling super confused about this whole detox thing! Last week, I tried some new health foods, you know, to eat cleaner and boost my energy. But then I ended up feeling kinda sluggish and bloated, which is like the opposite of what I expected. I heard people talking about detoxes and flushing toxins out, and now I can’t stop wondering what is the fastest way to flush your body of toxins? I even read somewhere that water is supposed to help, but I drink a lot of it already! I just don't know if there’s something specific that actually works. I tried squeezing lemon into my water; is that a thing? I mean, lemon might help, but what is the fastest way to flush your body of toxins?
