I am trying to understand what is the use of sabja seeds because my friend mentioned them to me, and I've been curious ever since. A few weeks ago, I started feeling bloated and my digestion was really off. I went to a local health store and the person there suggested sabja seeds as a natural remedy. They looked kinda like chia seeds but smaller. Anyway, I tried adding them to my smoothie, thinking maybe they’d help with my issues. I read that sabja seeds can aid in digestion, but can they really help with bloating too? I also remember reading somewhere that they help with weight loss and skin health, and like, I'm all for that, but do they really work the way people say they do? I've used them in water as well, but I just wanna know what is the use of sabja seeds aside from just feeling full. Is there any science behind these claims? Should I be taking them regularly or just occasionally? A bit lost here, and I don’t wanna rely on something that could be a placebo ya know? Appreciate any insights from you guys!
