I am trying to figure out if is sabja seeds good for weight loss, and honestly, I'm a bit confused. A few weeks ago, I started a new health routine after my doctor told me I needed to drop some pounds for my upcoming surgery. I heard a friend mention sabja seeds and how amazing they are for weight loss. So I went ahead and bought some, but I'm not sure how to use them or if they really work. Some days I add them to smoothies and other times, I just soak them in water. I guess what worries me the most is if is sabja seeds good for weight loss because I’ve seen articles saying they can help control appetite and being high in fiber which sounds promising.
