I am really confused about how many jamun fruit to eat in a day. A few weeks ago, I started eating jamun because I heard it could help with my blood sugar levels — I mean, I’ve been trying to manage my prediabetes, and the doctor suggested incluirng more fruits like jamun. But here’s the thing! I read one article that says, eating up to 10 jamun a day is great, then another one mentions, 5 is enough, and honestly, my head is spinning with all these numbers. Plus, I’ve noticed that when I snack on jamun, my stomach feels a bit funny, like a mix of cramps and light bloating... I’m not sure if that’s normal. I tried eating just 3 or 4 a day for a week and didn’t see much change, but maybe I wasn’t eating enough?? I’m just worried that I might be overdoing it if I eat too many jamun fruit — like am I gonna end up with digestive issues or something worse? Can too much jamun even affect my blood sugar instead of helping it? Really wanna get this right!
