I am really curious about something. For the past few weeks, I've been trying to focus on my health and nutrition because I’ve gained a bit of weight and feel kinda sluggish, like no energy you know? A friend suggested chyawanprash because she swears by it for boosting immunity and energy levels, but I read somewhere that it might be best to take it on an empty stomach. That got me thinking, can we eat chyawanprash empty stomach? I tried it a couple of times, like first thing in the morning, but then I started feeling a bit nauseous, like maybe my stomach wasn’t ready for something so rich right away? But is that normal? I mean, it's kind of dense and sweet—does that maybe mess with your stomach? Also, if we can eat chyawanprash empty stomach, how much should I take daily? Just a spoonful? And what about mixing it with something else, like water or warm milk? I want to do this right, you know? Like, there’s gotta be a sweet spot of when and how to take it to really reap those benefits.
