I am really confused about something and hoping someone can help me out here. A few weeks ago, I started taking shilajit after hearing it might have some benefits, especially for stamina and energy. I play recreational tennis and honestly, I always feel like I run out of steam pretty fast. A friend told me that shilajit could help with this, saying "does shilajit increase timing?" in terms of not just endurance but maybe even in other areas!
