I am trying to figure out if lemon pickle is good for health. Just last week, I was at this family gathering, and my cousin was raving about how her grandma swears by lemon pickle for digestion. Honestly, I've never really thought about it until then. Now I've been munching on it every day because it tastes amazing! But I am not sure if it really has health benefits.
