Aapke symptoms se lagta hai ki lambe samay tak padhai karne, stress aur routine change hone ki wajah se sharir par asar pad raha hai. Meri salah-

1. Lagatar lambe time tak na padhein. 45–50 minute padhai ke baad 10 minute break zaroor lein.

2. Roz 20–30 minute halka exercise ya walking karein. Isse body active rahegi aur concentration bhi better hoga.

3. Proper diet lein – doodh, fruits, green vegetables, dal, eggs ya protein wali cheezein.

4. 7–8 ghante ki neend bahut zaroori hai. Neend kam hone se bhi chakkar aur weakness hoti hai.

5. Zyada mobile ya screen use se bhi fatigue aur headache ho sakta hai, isliye beech-beech me aankhon ko rest dein.

Agar weakness zyada lagti hai to kuch basic tests karwana bhi useful ho sakta hai- CBC, FT3 FT4 TSH.

Aur ye supplements shuru karein- - Tab. Vitamin D3 60k saptah mai ek baar × 1 month. - Tab. B-Complex roz 1 tablet × 1 month. - 1 month ke baad re-consult karein, appki progress ke hisab se aage ka manage karenge.

Doctor ko dikhayein agar: Chakkar baar-baar aaye. Bahut zyada weakness ho. Periods lagatar late ho rahe ho (2–3 mahine tak).

Thoda routine improve karne, proper diet aur rest lene se aksar body energy aur concentration dono improve ho jate hain.
