Hello, आपकी समस्या को समझ सकता हूँ। जो आप बता रहे हैं उसे आमतौर पर nightfall / nocturnal emission (स्वप्नदोष) कहा जाता है। यह युवाओं और वयस्क पुरुषों में काफी सामान्य होता है और सप्ताह में कभी-कभी होना अपने-आप में बीमारी नहीं माना जाता। लेकिन यदि: बार-बार हो रहा हो, जलन हो रही हो, या बहुत कमजोरी/चिंता महसूस हो रही हो, तो उसके पीछे कभी-कभी: urinary irritation / हल्का infection, anxiety/stress, poor sleep, excessive sexual thoughts/stimulation, dehydration जैसे कारण हो सकते हैं। अभी क्या करें पर्याप्त पानी पिएं रात में बहुत spicy food, alcohol, smoking से बचें सोने से पहले erotic content/masturbation overuse से बचें नियमित exercise और अच्छी नींद रखें पेशाब में जलन ज्यादा हो तो urine test करवाना useful रहेगा महत्वपूर्ण बात कभी-कभी लोग nightfall को लेकर बहुत डर जाते हैं, लेकिन: इससे स्थायी कमजोरी या शरीर खराब नहीं होता। शरीर लगातार वीर्य बनाता रहता है। कब डॉक्टर को दिखाना चाहिए पेशाब में तेज जलन बार-बार पेशाब आना fever खून आना severe weakness or weight loss बहुत ज्यादा anxiety या daily occurrence Final Prescription (Short-Term Symptomatic Use) Cap B-Complex once daily after food × 30 days Syrup/Granules containing Ashwagandha at bedtime × 2–4 weeks (optional supportive use) Drink adequate water and maintain proper sleep hygiene Advice: Avoid self-medication with “sex power” medicines or steroids sold online. Hello

Kabhi-kabhi neend me semen nikalna (nightfall) normal ho sakta hai. Har hafte 1–2 baar hona aksar koi badi bimari nahi hoti. Lekin agar semen nikalne ke baad jalan, dard, peshab me burning, bukhar, ya bahut zyada weakness ho rahi hai to infection, urine problem, ya stress/anxiety bhi wajah ho sakti hai.

Pani zyada piyen, spicy food aur alcohol avoid karein, achchi neend lein, aur private area saaf rakhein. Agar burning lagatar ho rahi hai to ek doctor/urologist se urine test karwana achcha rahega. Bina checkup ke medicine lena sahi nahi hai.
