The issue you’re describing where the foreskin retracts more easily when relaxed but not fully during erection or in standing positions is commonly associated with mild phimosis. Phimosis is defined as the inability to retract the foreskin fully over the glans penis and can vary in severity. In mild cases, the first line of treatment often involves non-invasive methods like topical corticosteroid creams. These creams, such as 0.05% betamethasone, are typically applied to the affected area twice daily over several weeks and can help to loosen the foreskin by reducing inflammation and promoting elasticity. Be sure to follow a prescribed regimen, as this varies depending on the individual case and response. Additionally, gentle daily stretching exercises, focusing on incrementally increasing the retraction of the foreskin over the glans, can be beneficial alongside medication. When stretching, ensure it’s done without causing pain or injury, and patience is essential—this process may take weeks to show improvement. If these methods do not provide adequate relief or the phimosis persists, it’s important to consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation. It might require alternative treatments, which in some cases, include a minor surgical procedure like a dorsal slit or circumcision if conservative treatments fail. Avoid using force or home remedies that haven’t been medically validated, as they could lead to injury or infection. Monitoring for any signs of complications such as pain, swelling, or infection is crucial, and if those arise, seek immediate medical attention. Always confirm the diagnosis with a medical professional to rule out other potential causes of your symptoms.

Hello dear See you are quite young. At this age phimosis will subsequently subside within 3-4 years maximum. However for improvement iam suggesting some medication and precautions Please follow them for atleast a month Clobetasol 0.5 percent topical application twice a day for 2 weeks Mild genital excercise not forcefully. Application of lukewarm water for improvement In case of no improvement consult gynaecologist or sexologist in person for better clarity.
