Mera shoulder kabhi ball throw krta hu ya kabhi achanak jhatka deta hu ya swimming krta hu to dislocate ho jata hai, shoulder ko chhod kar haddi neeche jaati hai.

Agar aapka shoulder frequently kisi activity jaise ball throw karte samay ya swimming ke dauran dislocate ho raha hai, to yeh chronic shoulder instability ya recurrent dislocation ka issue ho sakta hai. Isme ek baar dislocation ho jaye to aage chal kar phir se hone ka risk badh jata hai. Sahi tareeke se tackle karna zaroori hai. Sabse pehle toh, jab shoulder dislocate ho, tab turant medical attention lena zaroori hai. Ek healthcare professional ya emergency department mein jaake shoulder ko wapas position mein lane ke liye professional reduction karwana chahiye. Yeh khud se karna risky ho sakta hai aur nuksan pahucha sakta hai.

Agar aap me yeh issue baar-baar hota hai, aapka ek orthopedic doctor ya sports medicine specialist se milna best hoga. Yeh specialist aapka physical examination karenge aur MRI jaisi imaging tests ke madhyam se diagnose karenge ki kis wajah se aisa ho raha hai. Treatment usually strengthening exercises se shuru hota hai jo aapka physical therapist aapko sikha sakte hain. Muscle around the shoulder ko strong karne se stability badh sakti hai. Agar conservative measures se theek nahi hota, toh surgery consider ki ja sakti hai, especially agar soft tissue injury ya tears involved ho.

Routine activities main modifications bhi zaroori ho sakti hain jisse further injury na ho. Activities jo repetitive overhead movement require karti hain unko reduce ya avoid karna par sakta hai. Saath hi, agar competitive sports karte hain, toh proper technique ke saath warm-up and stretching exercises zaroori hai injury prevention ke liye. Halka, bahut dheere dheere is issue ka samadhan dhoondne se aap normal activities resume kar sakte hain bina pain ya discomfort ke saath.
