Please follow them for atleast a month Replacement of carbohydrates with protein diet Take nuts and fruits in between meals Be hydrated Do streching Do malkhamb Do tadasana and Surya namaskar Avoid lifting weights Avoid junk food Take zincovit multivitamin therapy onca a day for 1 month Take ashwagandha for strength Consume butter and ghee for weight gain Replacement of sugar with jaggery Avoid refined food Do physical exercise atleast half an hour daily Avoid excessive thinking Add milk products for calcium level Hopefully improvement will occur In case of no improvement consult a dietician in person for better clarity Regards

Growth usually stops when the growth plates (epiphyseal plates) in the bones close, which typically happens in late adolescence or early adulthood. It’s unusual to have noticeable growth at your age, but not impossible. Some individuals experience ongoing growth later due to various factors like late puberty or hormonal influences. Generally, people stop growing a few years after puberty onset, often in their late teens, but some males can grow into their early 20s. As long as you’re still experiencing growth, it’s conceivable you might add a few more centimeters. Growing an additional 5 cm isn’t assured, given the unpredictability at this stage, but it’s within the realm of possibility. It’s important to ensure you’re supporting your growth potential with a balanced diet, adequate calcium and vitamin D, and regular exercise. If you’re concerned about the unusual pattern you’ve observed, you might consider visiting an endocrinologist who could evaluate your hormone levels and growth plates more thoroughly through X-rays or other assessments. They can determine if there’s an underlying condition influencing your growth. If everything checks out normally, then your current growth pattern might just be a natural variation for you.
