Sabse pehle, yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki premature ejaculation aapki psychological health ya stress factors se juda ho sakta hai, ya kabhi kabhi physical issues bhi contribute kar sakte hain. Aap yeh observe kar rahe hain ki intercourse ke doran ejaculation control kum hota hai, lekin masturbation mein acha control hai. Yeh situational anxiety ya performance pressure ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai. Aap relaxation techniques jaise deep breathing ya stress-reduction exercises try karke dheerein dheerein relief paa sakte hain. Apart from this, involvement in pelvic floor exercises, jaise ki kegel exercises, se bhi kuch logon ko fayda milta hai, as it strengthens muscles involved in ejaculation. Also, ‘start-stop’ or ‘squeeze’ techniques during masturbation can help to improve ejaculatory control over time by increasing awareness of sensation leading to ejaculation. Agar yeh self-help strategies se madad nahin mil rahi hai, toh medical intervention may be considered, jisme medications like SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) or topical anesthetic creams involved hote hain, lekin unka use specialist consultation ke baad hi karna chahiye.
