Sabse pehle toh, agar aapko dard aur discomfort jyada hai, toh topical antibacterial ointment (jaise ki Neosporin) lagane ki soch sakte hain, taki infection ka risk kam ho. Isse regularly lagate rahiye agar koi khula hua cut hai. Agar cut thik ho gaya hai, lekin tightness ab bhi hai, toh gentle stretching exercises hain jo aap ghar pe kar sakte hain. Bas itna dhyan rahe ki stretching karte waqt aapko pain na ho, bas slight discomfort tak jaayein. Otherwise topical medication laga saktey hain
Petroleum jelly twice daily
Aquaphor topical application twice a day for 1 month
Clobetasol 0.5 percent topical application for 5 days
