Hello Mujhe aapki maa ke haath ke fracture ke baare mein sun kar bahut afsos hua.
2. Physiotherapy: Doctor ki salah par physiotherapy shuru karna unki recovery mein madadgar ho sakta hai. 3. Pain management: Agar dard ho raha hai, toh doctor se pain relief ke liye medication lene ki salah lein.
Agar aapko unki treatment ya recovery ke baare mein aur koi specific questions hain, toh main madad karne ke liye yahan hoon. Aap unki health ke liye chinta kar rahe hain, yeh bahut achhi baat hai!
Thank you
The patient reports more than six months of severe constipation characterized by bowel movements only every few days, a persistent sensation of incomplete evacuation despite passing normal stool, and associated bloating/gas. Since symptoms have continued despite adequate water intake, a balanced diet, and dietary modifications, causes such as slow-transit constipation, pelvic floor dysfunction (difficulty coordinating bowel movements), irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C), medication effects, or underlying metabolic conditions (such as thyroid disorders) should be considered. The patient should continue adequate hydration, gradually increase dietary fiber, maintain regular physical activity, and establish a consistent toilet routine without excessive straining. Given the chronic nature and significant impact on daily life, evaluation by a healthcare professional is recommended, which may include physical examination and tests such as thyroid function, blood work, or further gastrointestinal assessment. Medical attention should be sought sooner if there is weight loss, blood in the stool, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or a sudden worsening of symptoms.
Hello ji
Agar X-ray mein doctor ne bola hai ki haddi “chur-chur” ho gayi hai (comminuted fracture), to yeh ek serious fracture ho sakta hai. Aise fracture mein aksar orthopedic surgeon ki evaluation zaroori hoti hai, aur kabhi-kabhi operation (plate, screws ya rod) ki bhi zaroorat pad sakti hai.
Filhal haath ko hilaane se bachayein, sling ya splint laga kar support dein, aur dard ke liye doctor ki salah ke anusar pain medicine lein. Agar ungliyon mein sujan badh rahi ho, sunnpan ho, ungliyan neeli ya thandi ho rahi hon, ya dard bahut zyada ho, to turant emergency mein dikhayein.
Civil hospital aur private X-ray ki reports mein antar ho sakta hai, isliye X-ray films aur reports lekar kisi experienced orthopedic specialist ko jaldi dikhana sabse zaroori hai. Agar aap X-ray report ya image share kar sakte hain, to main uska matlab samjha sakta hoon.
Take care
Namaste, Aapki baat se lag raha hai ki aapki mummy scooty se gir gayi hain aur X-ray mein haddi ke kai tukde (comminuted fracture) ya haddi ke “chur-chur” hone ki baat batayi gayi hai. Aise fracture mein sirf dawa ya plaster se kaam chalna har baar sambhav nahi hota. Fracture kis haddi mein hai aur kitna displacement hai, yeh dekhna bahut zaruri hota hai.
to turant Orthopedic Surgeon ko dikhana chahiye.
Prescription/Advice: • Haath ko sling mein support dekar rakhein. • Ice pack 15-20 minute, din mein 3-4 baar laga sakte hain. • Tab Paracetamol 650 mg dard hone par le sakte hain. • Jaldi se jaldi Orthopedic Surgeon se consult karein. • X-ray ki photo/report upload karein taaki fracture ki severity aur treatment ke baare mein behtar salah di ja sake.
