I am really confused abt how diet and health are connected lately. Last month, I started feeling more tired than usual, like I had zero energy even after getting enough sleep. I thought maybe my diet was off, so I started eating more veggies and cut out sugary snacks. But honestly, my cravings got worse and I ended up bing eating junk sometimes.
