I am really confused about how to eat isabgol. For context, I started incorporating it into my diet after hearing about all its benefits, especially for digestion, since I've been having terrible bloating lately. I bought this package and it says to mix it with water or yogurt, but like, how much should I actually use? I tried a tablespoon mixed with a glass of water and honestly, it was kinda challenging to get that down! Then I saw a video saying you could mix it with smoothies, but I'm worried if that's the best way to eat isabgol or if I'm messing it up.
