हेलो डॉक्टर मेरा नाम शिवम है मेरा सवाल है मेरी हाइट नहीं बढ़ पा रही है तो कोई घरेलू नुस्खा बताइए मुझे जिससे मैं पीने पर या खाने पर मेरी हाइट बढ़ाना शुरू हो जाए मेरी उम्र अभी 17 साल है 5 महीने बाद 18 साल का हो जाऊंगा तो कोई ऐसा नुस्खा बताइए या कोई तरीका जो मेरी मदद कर सकते हैं जिससे दो दिन हफ्तों में असर दिखने लगे मैं हर प्रकार के तरीके आजमा कर देख लिए पर नहीं हुआ कुछ भी हाल जब भी रात को सोता हूं और सुबह को उठता हूं तो अपने आप को देखता हूं तुम मेरी हाइट दो तीन नीचे लगती है पर वह हाइट बड़ी नहीं होती शांति जितनी हाइट थी मेरी पहले इतनी हो जाती है पर सुबह टाइम हाइट एकदम बढ़ जाती है तो मैं आपसे रिक्वेस्ट करता हूं प्लीज कोई नुस्खा बताइए मुझे

Shivam, seedhi baat bolun — 17 saal ki age me height thodi aur badh sakti hai, lekin “2 din ya 1 hafte me height badh jayegi” aisa koi nuskha nahi hota. Jo tum subah height zyada feel karte ho aur shaam ko kam, wo normal hai (spine compress hoti hai din bhar me).

Ab ghar par kya kar sakte ho:

Roz doodh, dahi, anda, daal, paneer jaisa protein aur calcium badhao. Tumhara diet low protein hai, ye sabse bada reason ho sakta hai growth slow hone ka. Raat ko kam se kam 7–8 ghante ki deep sleep lo, kyunki growth hormone sone ke time hi zyada nikalta hai. Roz thoda exercise karo — skipping, running, stretching aur hanging (bar se latakna) help karta hai posture aur growth me. Junk food aur cold drinks kam karo, ye growth ko affect karte hain. Dhoop me 15–20 min baitho, vitamin D ke liye important hai.

Sach ye hai ki genes (parents ki height) bhi important role play karte hain, isliye limit hoti hai. Lekin abhi bhi 1–2 saal me thoda improvement possible hai agar tum diet + exercise + sleep sahi karo.

Agar bahut fatigue feel hota hai, to ek baar doctor se milke vitamin D, B12 aur hemoglobin check karwana bhi sahi rahega.

Consistency rakho, shortcut nahi hota isme.
