हैलो डॉक्टर, मैं 20 साल का लड़का हूँ। पिछले 1-2 महीनों से मेरी भूख बहुत कम हो गई है। खाने का मन नहीं करता और इसी वजह से मेरा शरीर दिन-ब-दिन पतला होता जा रहा है। मुझे कमजोरी भी महसूस होती है और ऊर्जा भी कम रहती है। मेरा मुख्य चिंता भूख की कमी और वजन घटने को लेकर है। कृपया मुझे इसके संभावित कारण, कोई टेस्ट जो मुझे करवाने चाहिए, और मेरी भूख और समग्र स्वास्थ्य को कैसे सुधार सकता हूँ, इस पर सलाह दें। मेरा वजन लगभग 54 किलो है और मेरी ऊंचाई लगभग 5 फीट है। धन्यवाद।

I was honored to receive the “Best Editor” award by Innovative Publications, and Athena Publications recognized me as an “excellent reviewer,” which honestly came as a bit of a surprise! In 2025, I had the opportunity to present a guest lecture in Italy on traumatic oral lesions. Sharing my work and learning from peers globally has been incredibly fulfilling. Outside academics and clinics, I’ve also worked in the pharmaceutical sector as a Drug Safety Associate for about 3 years, focusing on pharmacovigilance. That role really sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of drug interactions and adverse effects. Hello dear Weight gain depends upon body metabolism. It can be modified according to diet and exercise Iam suggesting some precautions for improvement. Please follow them for atleast a month Replacement of carbohydrates with protein diet Take nuts and fruits in between meals Be hydrated Avoid junk food Take zincovit multivitamin therapy onca a day for 1 month Take ashwagandha for strength Consume butter and ghee for weight gain Replacement of sugar with jaggery Avoid refined food Do physical exercise atleast half an hour daily Avoid excessive thinking Add milk products for calcium level Hopefully improvement will occur In case of no improvement consult a dietician in person for better clarity Regards
