Agar aapki age kam hai aur growth ruk gayi lag rahi hai, to pediatrician ya endocrinologist growth evaluation, vitamin D/calcium aur hormone check kar sakte hain. Poor posture bhi height kam lagne ka reason ban sakta hai.
