I am a doctor who kinda walks between two worlds—on one hand I deal with clinical health stuff, and on the other, I focus a lot on aesthetic care for skin and hair. My main work centers on non-surgical treatments that make people feel and look better without going under the knife. I do a lot of hair restoration work—hair transplants sure, but also GFC, PRP, and sometimes just pure medical therapy if that’s all someone needs. It depends really, not one formula fits all. With skin, it’s more layered—literally. I use chemical peels, mesotherapy, laser tools, plus anti-aging options like Botox, fillers or collagen-stimulating injectables when the skin needs that extra support. But I don't just throw in tech for the sake of it... I try to understand where someone’s coming from—like, are they just tired, stressed, or is something hormonal going on under the surface? Injectables are something I do quite a bit, and ya, they get a bad rep sometimes. But if you do it right and respect facial balance, it’s not about changing someone’s face—it’s more like gently turning the lights back on. You know? Beyond just appearances, I also work on the wellness part. Like weight management, general health counseling, nutrition tweaks... especially when someone's skin or hair issue is tied to lifestyle mess or stress. I honestly think you can’t fully treat aesthetics without treating the whole human behind it. That’s where my preventive med background sort of clicks in naturally. Everything I plan is patient-specific. Some ppl want quick changes, others need slow n steady. Either way, I aim to mix science with good sense.
Achievements:
I am someone who’s always tried to just... show up fully, whether in clinic or in the community. Getting the “Excellence in Health” award from Pan India Association meant a lot—not just the recognition, but that ppl noticed the way I stick to clinical quality without shortcuts. Also my involvment with Grace Cancer Foundation and the YWCA gave me this chance to connect deeper with health beyond just treatment rooms. Those moments shaped how I look at care. It’s not just procedures—it’s people.

I am Dr. Prem Daisy and yeah, I’m one of those docs who’s always had this mixed love for both internal health and outer wellness. I’m a General Physician by training (MD), but also did a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine—because honestly? I couldn’t ignore how much our self-image ties into overall health. I work at this sort of crossroad where medicine meets aesthetics, and weirdly enough, it feels really natural to me. What I do most is help folks with their skin, hair, and overall wellness using a pretty wide mix of things—clinical know-how, lab markers, lifestyle bits, plus newer tech-driven treatments that actually have backing. If it’s something like pigmentation, dull skin, hair thinning, tiredness or hormonal imbalances... I kinda try to look at it from both sides. What's underneath and what’s showing up on the surface. Sometimes, ppl think they need a facial filler or peel—but turns out they also haven’t been sleeping right or their thyroid’s off. I mean, the body speaks in layers, right? Every care plan I make is custom (like really, not the marketing type), ‘cause no one responds to things the same. And I’m big on patient education too—not just handing out treatments, but explaining why something’s right or not. It makes people feel more in control of their journey, and I like that. I keep learning constantly—webinars, journals, tiny masterclasses in between my cases—partly 'cause I don’t want to fall behind and also 'cause aesthetics changes fast, like really fast. But I don’t just jump on trends unless they work, are safe, and actually match someone’s goals. At the end, I guess my main goal is just this: make people feel more at home in their own skin, literally and otherwise. Whether it’s managing your cholesterol or helping you deal with post-acne scars or finding your energy back—I try to give care that’s grounded, not glam for the sake of it. And yeah... I do all this while keeping the vibe in my clinic open, easy, not intimidating. That matters too.
