Area of specialization:
I am working across different areas of healthcare, and my main specializations include orthopedic care, neurology, cardio respiratory management, geriatric health, and exercise therapy. In orthopedics I focus on helping patients recover from fractures, joint pain, post surgery rehab and chronic issues like arthritis. Neurology part involve working with patients who deal with stroke recovery, balance issue, neuropathy and conditions that affect mobility or quality of life. With cardio respiratory problems I support patients having difficulty in breathing, asthma, COPD or heart related weakness where exercise and guided therapy plays a role. I also work with geriatric population, where age brings multiple challenges—joint stiffness, weak muscles, fall prevention, lifestyle diseases—and here patience and careful planning make the big difference. Exercise therapy tie all this together, since movement, strengthening and rehabilitation is often the key whether it is bone, nerve, heart or lung. My approach is to keep treatment evidence based but also practical for day to day life. Sometimes a small exercise routine can do more than a long prescription. Other times, close monitoring is needed. I try to adapt depending on the patient condition and family support around them. For me it is not just treating a problem, it is restoring independence and dignity where possible.
Achievements:
I am most proud when my patients walk out feeling better than when they came in, that for me is real achievement. Over the years I focused on patient well being more than numbers or titles, and this mean giving time, clear explaination, honest advice, and right treatment plan. Many of them keep in touch even after recovery, saying the care helped them regain confidence in health. That continued trust is what I see as the strongest reward of my practice.

I am running SMC Ortho and Trauma Clinic where the focus is really on giving full care to people with bone, joint and injury related issues. My daily work goes from seeing small sprains and fractures to handling complex trauma cases that need precise planning and followup. I wanted the clinic to be a space where patients feel safe enough to explain their problems openly, not just walk in and out. Orthopedics is not only about plastering a broken bone, many times its about restoring someone’s ability to move, to work again, even to just walk without pain. At the clinic I do consultations, minor procedures, and guide patients on long term rehab for arthritis, ligament tears, spine strain, joint replacements, and post fracture recovery. We see both adults and children, each needing a different kind of attention. Over time I realised that trauma care has to be quick but also compassionate, because in that moment patient is not only hurt physically but also anxious, even scared. That’s where proper communication matter. SMC ortho and trauma clinic was set up with a simple idea — quality care close to home, with personal connect. I make sure patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and also small preventive steps they can take. The clinic is equipped for diagnostic evaluation, pain management, and followup care, while I work closely with physiotherapists and rehab specialists when needed. Sometimes it is challenging, managing multiple cases at once or explaining why surgery is necessary in a way families can accept. But for me the real achievement is when someone who came in limping walks back weeks later with a smile, saying they feel fine again. That is the kind of outcome that keeps me motivated everyday.
