I am a dental professional with 5 years of clinical experience working directly with patients, and in that time I also managed my own dental practice. Running a practice taught me more than just technical dentistry, it showed me how every patient walk in with different expectations, some just looking for quick relief from tooth pain while others want long term solutions for oral health. That constant variety shaped the way I approach care — with patience, with clarity, and sometimes with a bit of tough honesty when treatment is not optional anymore. Over these years I have treated a wide range of dental conditions — cavities, gum problems, extractions, restorative procedures, preventive check ups. I also learned that small things, like explaining brushing techniques properly or guiding a patient on diet habits, can make a big diference in the outcome. Clinical skills matter, but clear communication and trust matter just as much. Owning a dental practice also mean taking responsibility not only for treatment but for building an environment where people feel comfortable even when they are anxious about dental care. I noticed that many patients delay visits out of fear, and part of my role is to reduce that fear, whether by explaining the steps in simple language or just taking an extra minute before starting. 5 years may not sound like a huge number compared to some, but in dentistry every day add to your judgement, your confidence in diagnosis, your ability to handle emergencies and your understanding of how oral health connect to overall well being. I see my experience as a foundation that keep growing with every patient who sit in the chair. At the end what I value most is the trust people place in me when they open their mouth and let me work — it’s a big responsibility, and I try not to forget that. Each filling, extraction, or consultation is not just a procedure for me, it is part of someone’s life and comfort, and that is what keep me motivated to continue learning and practicing better.

I am a doctor with MD in Anaesthesiology under RGUHS, Karnataka and right now I am working at Maulana Azad Medical College. Anaesthesia for me is not just about giving a drug and waiting for surgery to finish, it’s about guiding the patient safely through some of the most critical moments in their life. I am trained in administering general, regional and local anaesthesia across different surgical specialities, and each one require its own judgment — some cases need speed and precision, others patience and steady monitoring. My experience cover airway management, rapid sequence induction, ventilatory support, invasive monitoring and full perioperative care. I worked often in critical care settings where things change suddenly and you have to make fast decision, sometimes in seconds, to protect the patient. Airway management in particular taught me that even small details matter, like anticipating difficulty before it actually happen, because once you lose the airway everything else falls apart. Regional anaesthesia is another area I trained deeply in — spinal, epidural, nerve blocks — techniques that not only make surgery possible but also control acute pain effectively afterwards. Pain management is something I value a lot, because surgery may last hours but pain can trouble patient for days if not handled properly. Alongside clinical work, I actively participate in teaching, training juniors and being part of research projects. Academic life keep me updated and also remind me that sharing knowledge is part of medical duty. Emergency resuscitations have also been regular part of my work — situations where adrenaline runs high but you still need to stay calm, clear and systematic. 5–6 years may not sound like a long time compared to seniors with decades of practice, but each day in this field is intense, filled with cases that sharpen judgment and push you to balance science, skill and empathy. I see myself as constantly learning while also making sure every patient under my care gets safe anaesthesia and careful follow up.

I am working as a surgeon with 5 years of experience in general surgery and another 2 years focused in gastro surgery / surgical gastroenterology. Over this time I dealt with wide range of cases, from routine general procedures to complex abdominal problems that need careful planning. My training and practice cover both laparoscopic and open surgeries, and I try to choose the approach that give patient the best balance of safety, recovery and long term outcome. In gastro surgery I gained strong exposure to hepatobiliary cases, handling conditions of liver, gall bladder and bile duct. These cases often require patience and precision, sometimes long hours in OT, but they also give a lot of satisfaction when done well. Many patients arrive late, after struggling with pain or digestion issues for months, and it becomes my responsibility to guide them through diagnosis, explain the options clearly and then execute surgery with attention to detail. General surgery remain a big part of my practice too — hernia repairs, appendicitis, bowel surgeries, trauma cases. I learned that no surgery is “small” because for the patient even a routine appendectomy is a huge event. My focus is always on perioperative care, ensuring proper preoperative preparation and close follow up after surgery. I believe in using evidence based methods but also adapting to what is practical for each patient. Sometimes laparoscopic surgery is best, other times open procedure is safer, and explaining this openly build trust. I keep myself involved in both acute emergencies and elective surgeries, because each teach something new and sharpen decision making. At the end, whether it’s general surgery or gastro work, my goal is simple — safe surgery, clear communication, and steady recovery for patients. Experience may be measured in years but for me it is also about the hundreds of cases, mistakes corrected, skills refined and the trust of patients who allow me to operate.

I am Dr. Devender Thanwnai and I work as a dentist, and for me dentistry is not only about fixing teeth but about protecting overall health too. Many people dont realise that poor oral hygiene can affect the rest of the body, contributing to infections, heart disease, diabetes complications and other systemic problem. That’s why I always say dental care is not optional, it’s part of general healthcare. In my daily practice I guide patients with simple preventive advice, routine check ups, and treatment plans for cavities, gum disease, extractions and restorative work. I try to explain clearly how small steps like brushing properly, flossing, or visiting on time make a big diference in avoiding bigger issues later. For those already suffering, I focus on reducing pain quickly but also treating the root cause, not just the symptom. Working with patients over time showed me that communication is as important as clinical skill. Some people come in very anxious, others delay treatment until pain is unbearable. I spend time explaining procedures in simple words, because when a patient understand what is happening they feel more in control and less fearful. I believe dentistry is a partnership — dentist and patient working together. My goal is not just to treat problems when they arise but to encourage long term oral health that support better quality of life. Healthy teeth and gums mean eating comfortably, speaking confidently, and reducing risk for systemic illness. At the end, what I value most is seeing a patient leave not only relieved but also aware of how to protect their smile for the future. That is the part of my work that give me satisfaction and keep me committed to practicing dentistry with care and honesty every single day.

I am Dr. Adithya Kumar, and my journey in dentistry started with completing my Master’s in Dental Surgery from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai. My main area of expertise is root canal therapy and aesthetic dentistry, two fields that require both precision and a sense of detail. For me a root canal is not just about removing pain, it’s about preserving natural teeth whenever possible, and aesthetic dentistry is about restoring confidence along with function. Over the past six years I have been working as a consultant in and around Thrissur, Kerala, meeting patients with all kinds of dental concerns — cavities, gum disease, trauma, missing teeth, cosmetic corrections. For the last two years I am also running my own dental clinic, which gave me deeper understanding of how to balance clinical care with patient comfort, staff coordination and even the small details that make a visit less stressful. Being fluent in Hindi, English, Tamil and Malayalam helps me connect with people from different backgrounds. I notice patients feel more relaxed when they can express themselves in the language they are most comfortable with, and it makes diagnosis clearer too. Communication is as much part of dentistry as drilling or filling. In my practice I aim to combine advanced treatment methods with a compassionate approach. Whether it’s a routine filling, complex root canal, smile design, or long term oral health plan, I try to ensure every patient leave with clarity about their condition and confidence in the treatment. I believe dental care is not just fixing problems when they appear but also guiding people in prevention, because good oral health directly reflect on overall health too. Looking back at these years, what stands out are not just the technical cases but the trust patients show by returning and recommending. That trust is what I see as the biggest achievement, and it keep me focused on delivering care that is both professional and personal at the same time.

I am at the very start of my career with 6 months of clinical experience, and though it may sound short, in medicine even half a year feels intense and filled with lessons. In this time I worked closely with patients across different conditions, some routine and some that needed urgent care. Each case forced me to listen better, think sharper and understand that behind every report or lab value there is a real person waiting for clarity. During these months I assisted in consultations, observed surgical procedures, managed follow ups and also learned how important simple communication can be. Many patients are more afraid of not knowing what is happening than of the treatment itself, and I realised even a small explanation can reduce that fear. That part of practice matter as much as diagnosis or prescribing medicine. I have also seen how teamwork shape outcomes. Senior doctors, nurses, support staff — everyone has a role, and learning to coordinate with them has been a big part of my growth. Sometimes the challenge was not clinical but logistical, like arranging investigations on time or ensuring follow up visits are not missed. These small details end up making a huge diference in patient recovery. Even though 6 months is early in this journey, I take it as a foundation where skills are slowly building. Every new case add something to my judgement. Some mistakes taught me more than the easy cases, and I keep reminding myself that learning in medicine never stop. My aim is to keep growing step by step, to stay consistent, and to put patient well being above everything else.

I am practicing with 3 years of clinical experiance in both Clinical Dentistry and Aesthetic Medicine, and every day I see how oral health connect with confidence and overall wellbeing. My work often start with basic procedures like dental fillings, extractions or oral prophylaxis but even those small steps can change a patients comfort. I do a lot of RCTs and crown preparations, where precision matter so much—one small slip can affect the outcome, so I try to be extra careful, sometimes double checking even when I feel its fine. Teeth whitening and other aesthetic procedures are another big part of my practice. Many patients come not only with pain but also with worries about how their smile look, and I belive helping them regain that smile is equally important. Cosmetic dentistry, when done properly, is not only about appearance but also about restoring function and natural feel. I also keep in mind that prevention is as important as treatment. A simple scaling, oral hygiene instruction or timely check up can save someone from future bigger problems. I encourage patients to ask questions, sometimes they ask the same doubt multiple times and I don’t mind repeating, because understanding create trust. In aesthetic medicine, I apply the same principle—balance of safety and outcome. Whether it is a whitening procedure or managing minor corrections, I aim for results that look natural, not forced. I know technology and techniques keep evolving, and I make effort to stay updated through reading and learning from peers. Looking back at these 3 years, I feel still at the beginning of a long journey. Every patient case add something to my skill set, and sometimes also test my patience. But at the end, seeing someone walk out relieved, free of pain or smiling more freely, remind me why I choose this line of work.

I am working as a dental surgeon for more than 5 years now and honestly every stage of my journey taught me something diff. I started at Medinest polyclinic, then moved to Dr Teeth Dental clinic and Rootz multi-speciality dental clinic where I handled wide range of cases under guidance and also independtly. Later I worked as a consultant dental surgeon at MedDent polyclinic before taking the role of Chief Dental surgeon at Dentara multi-speciality dental care, Whitefield, Bangalore, where I am currently practicing. My work cover endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry. Over the years I have done 150+ successful root canal treatments, more than 300 teeth extractions, including 100 impacted teeth removals that require surgical approach. I also performed 50+ aligner cases, around 300 fixed prosthesis and over 800 smile designing or aesthetic dentistry cases where the goal was not just function but confidence in smile. Diagnosis is also a huge part of my practice and till now I managed more than 5000+ diagnosis and treatments across general dentistry and cosmetic care. I see dentistry as not just about fixing tooth problems but improving overall oral health, preventing systemic complications and helping patients stay confident. Each patient comes with a diff story—some need urgent pain relief, others long term rehabilitation. I try to balance precision and patient comfort, using evidence-based techniques and technology while keeping communication simple and clear. My approach is always patient-centric: listen carefully, plan treatment that suits their need and budget, explain options, and follow-up. Numbers matter but what matters more is when a patient feels relief or smile naturally without hesitation. That’s where I feel my work make real difference.

I am dr who started this path with mbbs, worked really hard through the years and managed to complete it succesfully. That gave me not just the degree but also a strong base in healthcare, clinical skills and patient care. My early role as a Casualty medical officer at govt medical college madanapalle was quite intense, with emergency cases coming day and night, where I had to quickly learn how to think fast and act with confidence. Those days shaped much of how I see medicine even now, every patient is different and needs careful thought, even when time is short. Right now I work as a medical officer/civil assistant surgeon under the national health mission, which is a different kind of challenge because it connects you with community level healthcare. You deal with not only acute cases but also long term health management, preventive medicine, counseling families, and finding ways to balance limited resources with maximum benefit for patients. It is not always easy but it feels meaningful when small efforts make bigger change in public health. Along with my work I am pursuing Fellowship in critical care and emergency medicine. I wanted to focus here because emergency and ICU settings really demand both sharp clinical knowledge and steady nerves. Critical care exposes you to ventilators, advanced monitoring, resusctation protocols, polytrauma and sepsis management. Sometimes you get stuck between protocols and real life urgency, and that’s when experience matter more than any textbook. I am still learning daily, but already the fellowship is sharpening my approach to emergencies. I try to carry both clinical precision and humane side of medicine together. I remind myself that every diagnosis is not just a case but a person who is scared or hopeful. My work is not about fancy titles, its more about standing steady in chaos, providing right care and continuing to grow with every patient I meet.

I am working as Consultant Orthopaedic and Spine surgeon at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. My medical journey started with MBBS from Medical College Kolkata, followed by MS Orthopaedics from PGI Rohtak. Later I pursued DNB, MNAMS and fellowships that allowed me to focus more deeply on spine care like FASSI from ASSI, FMISS from South Korea and FDFM. Each step added a layer to my learning, from understanding trauma cases to complex spine procedures. I often think back how ortho was not just about fixing a bone, it was about restoring mobility and dignity. During training years I learnt to handle joint injuries, fractures, deformities, arthritis cases but gradually my intrest shifted more towards spine. Fellowship programs gave me exposure to minimally invasive spine surgery, disc prolapse management and deformity correction which is now core to my practice. At Max Hospital my role is not limited to surgery, I do pre operative evaluation, diagnosis, and post operative rehabilitation planning too. Some days are about simple pain management for back or knee patients, other days its high risk spine cases requiring multi disciplinary approach. The challenge keeps me grounded and sharp. I feel communication is as important as surgical skill, so I spend time explaining patients what their options are, even when they look small details. Over the years I realised trust is built not in the operation theatre but in those conversations before and after. Right now my goal is to keep refining minimally invasive techniques and spine care protocols, while also ensuring each patient feels safe and supported through their treatment journey.
