Area of specialization:
I am working as a Surgical Gastroenterologist / Gastrosurgeon and most of my practice revolve around managing diseases of the digestive system — stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, gall bladder. Every case feel a little different, some patients come with simple acid related issues that need surgery after long neglect, while others arrive with complex hepatobiliary problems that demand detailed planning and long hours in OT. My focus is on both laparoscopic and open surgeries, choosing the approach that suits patient safety and recovery best. I handle cases like gall stone disease, hernia, appendix, bowel obstruction, gastrointestinal cancers and liver surgery. Gastrosurgery is demanding because organs are delicate and complications can be serious, but that also make the results rewarding when a patient recover well. I try to keep communication simple, explaining the steps and risks clearly, because surgery is never a small decision. Even with advanced techniques, it’s the trust between doctor and patient that help the process succeed. For me this specialty is about combining technical skill, careful judgement and patient centered care into every operation I perform.
Achievements:
I am proud that my real achievment is not a medal or certificate but the well being of patients who trusted me. For me success mean when someone walk out with less pain, more clarity and a plan that they can actually follow in daily life. Whether it was routine consult, managing chronic illness or guiding recovery after surgery, I tried to keep focus on what matter most — the person not just the disease. That sense of patient care is what I count as my biggest reward!!

I am working as a surgeon with 5 years of experience in general surgery and another 2 years focused in gastro surgery / surgical gastroenterology. Over this time I dealt with wide range of cases, from routine general procedures to complex abdominal problems that need careful planning. My training and practice cover both laparoscopic and open surgeries, and I try to choose the approach that give patient the best balance of safety, recovery and long term outcome. In gastro surgery I gained strong exposure to hepatobiliary cases, handling conditions of liver, gall bladder and bile duct. These cases often require patience and precision, sometimes long hours in OT, but they also give a lot of satisfaction when done well. Many patients arrive late, after struggling with pain or digestion issues for months, and it becomes my responsibility to guide them through diagnosis, explain the options clearly and then execute surgery with attention to detail. General surgery remain a big part of my practice too — hernia repairs, appendicitis, bowel surgeries, trauma cases. I learned that no surgery is “small” because for the patient even a routine appendectomy is a huge event. My focus is always on perioperative care, ensuring proper preoperative preparation and close follow up after surgery. I believe in using evidence based methods but also adapting to what is practical for each patient. Sometimes laparoscopic surgery is best, other times open procedure is safer, and explaining this openly build trust. I keep myself involved in both acute emergencies and elective surgeries, because each teach something new and sharpen decision making. At the end, whether it’s general surgery or gastro work, my goal is simple — safe surgery, clear communication, and steady recovery for patients. Experience may be measured in years but for me it is also about the hundreds of cases, mistakes corrected, skills refined and the trust of patients who allow me to operate.
