I am really concerned about these big pimples on my body. Like, it's weird because they just popped up out of nowhere! At first, I thought it was just the usual acne, but these are way bigger and more painful than anything I've had before. They're on my back and shoulders, and I can't even wear certain clothes because everything just irritates them. I've tried all the over-the-counter creams and even limited my sugar intake thinking it might be dietary, but nothing seems to work. I also noticed they seem to get worse after I sweat, which is kind of annoying cause I’m super active. My friend asked if it could be an allergic reaction or something, which idk... maybe it is? My mom said she had a similar experience when I was a teen, but she never really figured it out. Should I go see a dermatologist, or is there something a regular doctor can help with? Anyone else dealt with big pimples on body and found a solution? Ugh, any tips would help cause this feels super frustrating.
