I am really confused about this whole detox body naturally thing. About two weeks ago, I started feeling really sluggish and bloated after a weekend of eating poorly, and I can't shake this feeling off. A friend mentioned that I should detox my body naturally, but I have no idea where to start. I tried drinking more water and eating fruits, but it’s not really helping much. Some websites were saying that detoxing your body naturally is crucial for getting back on track, and I wonder if I should be doing something more drastic? Like, do I need to cut out all sugar and caffeine? I even thought about one of those detox teas people swear by, but I’ve heard mixed things. Also, I read that detoxing your body naturally can help clear your skin and improve energy levels, which I really need right now! It’s frustrating because I thought I was eating healthy, but now I’m second-guessing everything. Has anyone had success with any methods to detox body naturally? What worked for you and how long did it take before you noticed a difference? Any help or suggestions would be awesome!
