I am dealing with some serious skin issues and it’s been driving me nuts! For the past few months, I've noticed all these breakouts, and I'm pretty sure it’s not just typical teenage stuff. I used to have clear skin, and it’s like overnight everything changed. I feel like I'm trying everything, from creams to medications, but I really want to know how to have clear skin naturally. I've heard some stuff about diets, like do I need to stop eating dairy or sugar? I tried cutting out soda and processed foods, and I thought it would help, but I don’t see a difference yet. A friend said using honey and lemon masks can work wonders, but has anyone actually tried that? I'm just confused because I also read that drinking lots of water is supposed to be key to learning how to have clear skin naturally, but am I supposed to drink eight glasses a day or is that just a myth? Also, is stress a factor??? I feel like I can’t keep my life together with work and everything, and then my skin just worsens. I feel like I’m just on this endless cycle of hoping for the best. What do you guys do? Any tips or tricks on how to have clear skin naturally without breaking the bank?
