I am super frustrated with this neck darkness I've been dealing with lately. Like, I just noticed it out of nowhere, you know? One day I was looking in the mirror and there it was - this patchy, dark discoloration all around my neck. It's driving me crazy! I’ve tried scrubbing it with exfoliants and some random creams I found online, but nothing seems to work. I even thought about changing my diet to see if that helps but had no idea where to start. I’ve read a lot about how to get rid of neck darkness and some say it might be from sun exposure or even hormonal changes. Like, really? I work indoors! The other day my friend said that sometimes it’s due to certain medical conditions, which freaked me out a bit. Does anybody know how to get rid of neck darkness safely? I've tried some home remedies too, like lemon juice and turmeric, but those also didn't seem to clear it up. Should I see a dermatologist or just keep trying stuff at home? I’m open to any tips!
