I am kinda freaking out here. My stomach has been a total disaster lately. Like, one minute I'm fine, and the next I'm running to the bathroom! Ugh, it's so annoying. I've tried a couple of things but nothing's really worked. A friend mentioned that is banana good for loose motion, and I’m seriously thinking of giving it a shot. I mean, bananas are easy to find, right? Just peel and munch. I’ve read they have this pectin stuff which is supposed to help thicken things up, or at least that's what I remember from school. But what if my body is like, "No thanks"? I had some yesterday and felt a tiny bit better, but was that just a coincidence? Also, how many should I eat? Like, is it safe to just eat bananas and nothing else when I'm like this? I’ve seen some other stuff floating around about diet during this loose motion phase, but honestly, is banana good for loose motion truly the best option? It's hard to focus on figuring this out when my tummy is acting all wild! If anybody has tips or can set me straight about this, I'd really appreciate it!
