I am an orthopedic surgeon who try to keep my work simple but focused on what matter most, the patient in front of me. My training and practice gave me a strong base in managing acute and complex trauma, spine work, arthroplasty cases, and the kind of injuries that demand quick yet careful judgement. Over years I learned that surgery is not just about the operating table, it’s also about creating treatment plans that fit the indiviual, thinking through their history, their recovery goals, even small things like how they’ll cope at home after discharge. I work with a team approach, because no surgeon function alone, and I found real value in collaborating with anesthetists, rehab specialists, nurses, even family when its needed to get best outcome.
I handle acute trauma care where time is short, but precision is vital, and also elective orthopedic procedures where planning is deep and rehabilitation play a big role. My focus often goes beyond fixing bones – pain management, patient education, and step by step rehab matter equal to the surgery itself. I try to keep my patients engaged in their own recovery, whether by simple explanation of what to expect or guiding them through exercise and follow up.
Working across different surgical setups taught me adaptability, and every new case remind me there is always room to refine skill and approach. I am also committed to quality improvement in practice, from reducing post op complications to making care pathways smoother. I dont claim perfection, but I stay grounded and keep learning with every patient I meet. For me, surgery is not just a profession but a responsibility, to balance skill with empathy and precision with patience.

I am an ENT specialist with over 6 years of clincial practice and in this time I have tried to balance hospital work with building my own setup. Currently I work as Consultant at Meridian Hospital Kolathur and also as visiting consultant at VIHAA Hospital Anna Nagar. Along with this I started SCOPE ENT CLINIC in Villivakkam, which is my own space to treat patients with more time n focus. Running a clinic teaches you different kind of responsibility, not only treatment but also trust, making sure patient feels heard and safe.
My practice covers a wide range of ENT issues, from common ear infections, sinus problems, throat disorders to more complex surgical cases. I try to focus on giving indiviualised treatment plans, because each patient story is differnt even if the diagnosis sounds similar. Working in multiple hospitals also let me collabrate with other specialities which is important when dealing with complicated ENT cases linked to allergy, pediatrics or even neuro.
Founding my own clinic was both challenging and rewarding. Some days are hard, managing staff, handling emergencies, ensuring things run smooth.. but it gave me chance to create an environment where patients get continuity of care. For me ENT is not just about procedures but also education, I try to explain conditions in simple words, guide on prevention and lifestyle changes that can reduce recurrnce.
Over these years, what matters most to me is not just how many cases I handled but the connections built with patients and their families. I want to keep growing, keep learning new techniques and stay updated with advances in ENT, but at the same time keep the human touch alive in practice.

I am a medical doctor with long standing exposure in patient care, and over time my work has grown around medicine, hematology and oncology. I try to focus on each patient as a whole not just the disease part, which is why I strongly lean towards a multidisciplinary approach. Sometimes cases get complicated, blood disorders overlapping with systemic illnesses or oncology issues, and I learnt that evidence based medicine give the best direction even when decisions are tough. My training and day to day clinical practice shaped me to balance science with the very real anxieties that patients and their families carry into the room.
I practice evidence based protocols but I also pay close attention to the individual response, because text book doesn’t always match what you see in front of you. Whether it is managing a long course of chemotherapy, tailoring a treatment plan for a patient with hematological disorders, or coordinating care with other specialists to make sure nothing is missed, I keep the patient’s overall well being at center. Over the years I’ve also come to appreciate the value of preventive counseling and detailed explanation—it may take longer but it helps patients feel more in control, less lost in the process.
At different points of my career I worked alongside diverse teams, and that team work remind me daily that no doctor can handle everything alone. Oncology especially require collaboration, from surgeons to radiologists, pathologists and support staff. My role is often to connect those pieces together so the patient gets seamless care. I try to be open about uncertainties too, medicine is full of them, but patients trust when you explain clearly rather than cover up. That trust is what makes the effort worth it.
I continue to stay updated with current guidelines in medicine, hematology and oncology, but at the same time I remind myself that empathy and patience is just as crucial as protocols. For me, practicing medicine is not only about diagnosis and treatment, it’s about standing with the patient at each step, even when outcomes are unpredictable.

I am a qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, my work mainly revolves around diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the face, jaw, oral cavity and neck. Over the years I had the chance to manage everything from minor oral surgical procedures like extractions and cyst removals to more complex cases involving maxillofacial trauma or pathology that needs surgical intervention. Sometimes it is simple, other times it demand long hours of planning and coordination with other specialists. I like to look at each case not just as a procedure but as part of a larger journey of restoring function and confidence for patients, because these issues often impact how a person eats, speaks or even looks in front of others.
My clinical exp has allowed me to deal with trauma management, where timing and precision are critical, as well as elective surgeries where the focus is on long term outcomes and quality of life. I practice evidence based medicine and try to keep updated with new techniques and approaches, but I also rely on experience and careful clinical judgement before deciding any treatment plan. Multidisciplinary collaboration is a big part of my practice, whether I am working with oncologists for oral cancers or with orthodontists for corrective jaw surgeries.
In day to day practice I see a wide range of patients — some come with pain or swelling that need immediate relief, others for planned procedures that they waited months for. I also spend time in post operative care and rehabilitation, ensuring recovery is smooth and patients understand the importance of follow up, wound care, and lifestyle adjustments that help healing. Communication matter a lot, and I try to keep my consultations clear, answering doubts in simple terms and helping patients feel safe.
I think of oral and maxillofacial surgery as more than just operating, it’s about improving lives in small and big ways. Whether it’s correcting a jaw deformity or treating a facial trauma after accident, the goal is always to restore health and dignity for the patient.

I am Dr Saloni Jain, trained as BDS and MDS in Conservative dentistry and Endodontics, most people know it better as root canal specialist. My focus over the last 5 years is on helping patients understand their dental problems and guiding them through treatments with as much clarity as possible. Sometimes patients come anxious, worried about pain or long procedures, and I see part of my role is counselling them, explaining step by step and making sure they leave not just treated but also more confident about their oral health.
Alongside clinical practice I also moved into academics around 2020, a space where I enjoy sharing knowledge with younger dentists and students. I conduct online and offline workshops, webinars and teaching sessions that cover not only techniques but also practical aspects of patient handling. It’s different from clinical work but somehow both feed into each other — teaching makes me refine my skills, and treating patients gives me stories and experiences that make teaching more real.
In my practice I work with everything from simple cavity restorations to complex root canal treatments where precision is vital to save a natural tooth. Endodontics demands patience, steady hands, and a deep understanding of tooth anatomy, which can be unpredictable at times. That challenge is part of what keeps me interested every single day. Conservative dentistry for me isn’t just about fixing decay, it’s about preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible, respecting the structure, and balancing function with aesthetics.
I try to maintain a multidisciplinary outlook as well, working with prosthodontists, orthodontists and other specialists when cases require a broader approach. Because dentistry is rarely one-size fits all, every patient walks in with unique problems, and my responsibility is to adapt, plan and execute in a way that fits their need. At the end, the aim is simple: healthy teeth, less fear, more awareness.

I am Dr Hafizur Rahman, a BDS dentist with further training in aesthetic dentistry, and over the years my focus really moved toward helping patients not just fix their teeth but also feel good about the way their smile look. I like to keep my practice balanced between preventive care, like regular check ups, scaling, fluoride, and also restorative things such as fillings or crowns where needed. At the same time I have interest in cosmetic dental procedures, veneers, whitening, shaping etc, because many times a small change in smile can make a big shift in confidence.
I tend to spend time with my patients, explaining treatment plans in simple words, because oral health can be confusing and sometimes people just nod even when they dont fully get it. For me comfort and clarity is important, so I try to make procedures painless as possible, and make sure they know what we are doing step by step. My training in aesthetic dentistry allows me to combine functional corrections with beauty, which I find quite rewarding.
I work with a philosophy of evidence based dentistry, choosing treatment backed by clinical data and international guidelines, but also adapting it to each patient’s lifestyle. A big part of my work is preventive dentistry, because catching early signs of cavities or gum disease save much bigger problems later. I also enjoy restorative work where broken or decayed teeth can be restored to health, and cosmetic dentistry where we go a bit beyond health and help people smile openly without hesitation.
Over time I learned that dentistry is not only about drilling or restoring but also about counselling—nutrition, oral hygiene, and habits like clenching or grinding which impact long term dental health. I see myself as someone who bridges the medical side with patient-friendly communication. My aim is always to give patients healthier teeth, confident smile, and overall better oral wellbeing, whether it’s a routine checkup or a more complex aesthetic procedure.

I am a doctor who try to keep things simple but clear when it comes to patient care. My focus always stays on listening carefully to what a person is going through, because half of diagnosis start from hearing properly. I work towards accurate diagnosis and evidence based treatment, not jumping into things fast but making sure every step is safe and useful. My daily practice include managing common medical conditions like fevers, respiratory infections, gastric problems, hypertension, diabetes and also lifestyle related issues that are getting more common these days. Preventive healthcare is something I strongly believe in, and I spend time on counselling about diet, excercise, sleep, stress control etc. Sometimes patients come only for small issues but I try to pick hidden signs, like when a simple fatigue or hairfall might be hinting at deeper health problem.
I also deal with acute infections and support patients during recovery from them, making sure they understand what medications do and why following treatment is crucial. While treating lifestyle diseases, I like to balance medical intervention with long term changes that help in avoiding future complications. Preventive vaccinations, regular check ups and guiding families about early warning signs are part of my consultations. Communication is very important to me, explaining things in plain words rather than medical jargon, because patient comfort depend not just on medicine but also on how much they trust and understand their care.
Sometimes I wonder if patients expect magic solution fast, but I know healing take its own pace. That’s why I try to stay patient with them, even when they feel restless. My aim is not only to treat but to support them through recovery and give confidence that they can manage their health better. Over the years this approach helped me build stronger doctor-patient relation, where people come back not just for prescription but also for guidance and reassurance. At the end of day, what matters for me is safe, effective and compassionate care that improve everyday life of people who trust me.

I am a prosthodontist and implantologist by training, and my career so far has taken me through different setups that taught me how varied dentistry really is. I started working at Apollo White Dental as a resident doctor, stayed there for about 18 months, and those early days gave me strong clinical exposure, dealing with patients directly and understanding the ground realities of dental practice. Later I moved on to Bridge Dental where I worked as a centre coordinator, which was quite different from just clinical work—it also made me focus on organization, patient scheduling, managing flow and keeping the team aligned.
After that, for 2 years I was working as a clinic head at Dezy, while also practicing as implantologist and prosthodontist. Leading a clinic was challenging at first, but it gave me the chance to combine hands-on patient care with responsibility of guiding other dentists, monitoring treatments, and making sure protocols were maintained. During this period I handled prosthetic cases, implant placements, full mouth rehabilitations and other restorative procedures. That role made me realize how important communication and teamwork are, because patients don’t just come for treatment, they want reassurance, clear explanations, and a sense of trust in the process.
Across these roles, what I learnt is dentistry is never one-size-fits-all. Some patients come for simple crowns or bridges, some for complex implant solutions, and some just need reassurance that their oral health is on track. I try to bring balance between precision in technical work and the softer side of care—listening, answering doubts, and making sure people feel comfortable in the chair. Working in different positions—from resident doctor to coordinator to clinic head—helped me gain a perspective that blends clinical skills with management and leadership. I like to think this gives me the ability to approach each patient not just as a case, but as someone with unique concerns that deserve both skill and empathy.

I am a consultant pulmonologist, working every day with patients who come in with breathing trouble that ranges from a simple cough that won’t go away to serious conditions like COPD, asthma or interstitial lung disease. Over years I learnt that respiratory problems are not only about lungs but also about how they impact the whole life of a person, sleep, work, even simple things like walking a few steps. I see a lot of tuberculosis cases too, and post covid complications which are becoming more frequent than anyone expected. Many patients still stuggle with fatigue, breathlessness or sleep issues even months later, and I try to guide them with a mix of medical treatment, lifestyle adjustments and constant follow ups.
At Apollo Hospitals Bengaluru I am part of the lung transplant team. Working on lung transplants has been one of the most intense and fulfilling part of my career.. it takes coordination, long hours, and a team that trusts each other. I had chance to be involved in multiple successful transplants, and each case reminds me that even in the most advanced procedures, patient centric care matters the most.
I focus strongly on evidence based medicine, but I also try to listen carefully to what the patient is telling me, sometimes a small detail like sleep disturbance points toward a hidden disorder. I deal with sleep apnea, allergies, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary fibrosis, and other complex lung problems. My approach is to explain clearly what the condition means, how treatment works, what can be expected – because many patients feel anxious when they dont fully understand the illness.
In short my work is about diagnosing correctly, treating responsibly and helping patients regain quality of life. Whether its long term asthma control, rehabilitation after covid, or advanced transplant follow up, my goal remain same: safe and effective care that improves breathing and overall well being.

I am Dr Richa Rai and i always think of myself first as someone who listens before i speak.. health care to me is not just about diagnosng or prescribing but more about building that safe space where a patient can open up fully without worry. Over years of working with people in routine chekups, chronic concerns or even simple questions about daily wellbeing, i learnt that clarity in communication matters as much as the treatment itself. I try to keep my explainations simple, break down medical terms, and make sure no one leaves with doubts hanging in their mind. My focus is very much on patient centered care and evidence based medicine, because that balance of compassion and science is what brings real results.
I work across preventive care, routine health evaluations and managing ongoing conditions, but also enjoy helping people with long term wellness goals like lifestyle management, nutrition guidance, and stress related issues. Every case is different and i belive tailoring treatment makes recovery faster and more sustainable. Being part of someone’s health journey means taking responsibility together, so i make it a point to involve patients in decisions, rather than just telling them what to do. That partnership makes trust stronger, and honestly it keeps me grounded too.
Whether it’s a quick consultation for something minor or supporting someone through more complex health challenges, my aim is always to provide care that is safe, respectful, and effective. I am grateful for the trust patients place in me and every new interaction reminds me why i choose this profession. At the end of the day, the greatest achievement for me is not a title but when a patient leaves my clinic with relief, clarity and hope for better health ahead.
