I am currently practicing in the field of internal medicine and my path has been shaped by steady steps across different hospitals. From 1-1-2023 to 1-1-2024 I worked as a senior resident at SGRD Medical College Amritsar, where my role was deeply focused on patient care and learning the art of managing complex cases under tight schedules. That year trained me to handle emergencies, refine my diagnostic reasoning and stay patient even when things move fast and stressful. Later, from 14-2-2024 to 8-3-2025, I served as a consultant in internal medicine at Gurdev Hospital, Noor our Bedi. Here my responsibilities grew heavier—leading rounds, deciding on treatment plans, helping patients and their families understand their illness, and coordinating with surgeons and specialists. That period gave me confidence not just in medicine but in communication, because often families need as much guidance as the patient themselves. Since 15-3-2025, I have been working as consultant at Hope Hospital Nawanshahr. My focus here is broad: respiratory infections, cardiac complaints, gastrointestinal and liver issues, metabolic disorders, chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension, and preventive health care. I try to combine evidence based treatment with a very patient centered approach—explaining the diagnosis clearly, discussing lifestyle, and planning long term management instead of only short fixes. For me, medicine is not just prescription writing, it’s about building trust. Some days the challenges feel overwhelming, other days small, but each patient I meet teaches me something new. I aim to continue refining my skills, growing with the science, and staying available to those who come seeking help for their health.

I am running SMC Ortho and Trauma Clinic where the focus is really on giving full care to people with bone, joint and injury related issues. My daily work goes from seeing small sprains and fractures to handling complex trauma cases that need precise planning and followup. I wanted the clinic to be a space where patients feel safe enough to explain their problems openly, not just walk in and out. Orthopedics is not only about plastering a broken bone, many times its about restoring someone’s ability to move, to work again, even to just walk without pain. At the clinic I do consultations, minor procedures, and guide patients on long term rehab for arthritis, ligament tears, spine strain, joint replacements, and post fracture recovery. We see both adults and children, each needing a different kind of attention. Over time I realised that trauma care has to be quick but also compassionate, because in that moment patient is not only hurt physically but also anxious, even scared. That’s where proper communication matter. SMC ortho and trauma clinic was set up with a simple idea — quality care close to home, with personal connect. I make sure patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and also small preventive steps they can take. The clinic is equipped for diagnostic evaluation, pain management, and followup care, while I work closely with physiotherapists and rehab specialists when needed. Sometimes it is challenging, managing multiple cases at once or explaining why surgery is necessary in a way families can accept. But for me the real achievement is when someone who came in limping walks back weeks later with a smile, saying they feel fine again. That is the kind of outcome that keeps me motivated everyday.

I am working as a doctor with 1 year of experiance in MD hospital and trauma centre bikaner, and that time has shaped me a lot more than just numbers can say. Every day I meet cases that range from small illness to sudden emergencies, and in a truma centre you learn fast that quick judgement, steady hand, and clear mind is what keep patient safe. I spent my time learning not only the clinical side—diagnosis, medication, procedures—but also how to talk to people who are scared, in pain, or not sure what happening to them. That human connect, it matters as much as the treatment plan. My work cover many areas of general medicine and truma care, from managing fevers, infections, and long standing chronic issues to stabilizing injuries, fractures, and emergency conditions. I focused on accurate diagnos, evidence-based therapy, and whenever possible, preventive advice that helps avoid repeat admissions. At the hospital I also worked with seniors and colleagues in multi-disciplinary teams, which teach me about co-ordination and trusting the expertise of others when handling complex cases. Now when I reflect, I feel my biggest learning is balance—between fast action and thoughtful care, between medical science and compassion. I keep trying to improve my skills daily, reading, observing, practicing. For me each patient is not just a “case” but a life with family and hopes, and that perspective guide my choices. I see myself growing further in internal medicine and emergency management, and I am open to new challenges, always trying to refine the art and science of healing. 1 year may sound short, but in truma setting it feels like many lessons compressed into intense days. And I believe those experinces will keep helping me provide safe, reliable and humane care for every person who walks through my door.

I am a consultant orthodontist working across multiple dental clinics in Punjab for the last 3 years, and being a gold medalist in my field is something that still push me to keep high standards every day. My practice mostly focus on orthodontic treatment – correcting malocclusion, aligning teeth, improving jaw relations – but I also look at the whole dental health picture because for me a straight smile is not just cosmetic, it’s about long term oral function and confidence too. Working with children, teenagers and adults give me a chance to see different challenges at each age, and I try to plan treatment that is not only clinically sound but also comfortable for the patient, since braces or aligners can be a long journey. I like to spend enough time in diagnosis stage, using detailed examination and proper records, because a good plan always make treatment smoother. My role as a consultant has also made me adapt quickly to different setups and patient groups, which sharpen my skills in communication and patient handling. Over the years I seen how small adjustments in approach – like explaining clearly, listening to the doubts, or easing anxiety during procedures – make a big difference in patient satisfaction. Being part of dental teams in different clinics expose me to a wider range of cases, from simple spacing to complex skeletal issues needing interdisciplinary care. This variety keeps my work engaging and reminds me that orthodontics is both science and art. My gold medal achievement was not just about marks but about discipline and consistency, qualities I still carry in my practice. At the end of the day, I aim to provide care that is evidence-based, precise, but also empathetic. I believe every patient deserve a smile they feel good about, and I try to make that path as smooth as posible even when treatment takes time.

I am an orthopedic surgeon with long years of practice moving across different leading hospitals, each place shaping my skill in handling complex bone n joint cases. From 2015 to 2022 I worked at Apollo Clinics Visakhapatnam, where I grew my practice seeing both routine ortho complaints and advanced surgical needs. Later my role as Senior Consultant at Medicover Hospital gave me exposure to multidisciplinary care, working side by side with other specialists which make my approach more rounded. Between 2020 to 2022 I also served as a Joint Replacement Surgeon at KIMS Hospital, focusing deeply on hip and knee replacement procedures. That period taught me not only the technical aspects of prosthetic surgeries but also the patience needed in pre-op and post-op guidance, because outcomes depend so much on counseling and follow-up. I always feel joint replacement is not just about changing the joint, it is about helping patients regain mobility and dignity in their daily lives. My style of practice is simple but consistent: careful diagnosis, evidence based treatment, and clear communication with every patient who sits in front of me. I try to balance surgery with non-surgical options wherever possible, because I know not all patients are ready to go under the knife, and some can do better with rehab, lifestyle changes or medication first. Over the years, working in different hospitals across Visakhapatnam and beyond, I learnt that ortho care is about teamwork, compassion and technical precision all rolled into one. I keep updating my methods as medicine advances, but at the core it is always about patient trust. I feel proud when I see someone walk pain-free again after months of struggle, that is what drive me every day.

I am a medical professional with MS in Orthopedics and my work is driven by a simple aim.. to help people move better, live with less pain and regain their daily life back. During my training I learnt how much detail matter in ortho, from diagnosing a fracture right to planning complex procedures, and that habit of looking closer kind of shaped me as a doctor. Over time I focused my practice on bone and joint care, handling cases that range from simple injuries to complicated disorders that affect mobility. I work with patients having trauma, arthritis, joint deformity or chronic pain, and I try to see not just the xray but the person behind it. Surgery is important in ortho but not every patient need knife, sometimes physiotherapy, medication or lifestyle change works equally well. I like discussing these options openly so patient know what path we are taking and why. Detail orientation is not only about clinical notes but also about listening—many problems get missed just because no one had the patience to hear properly. I make sure each consultation is clear, where doubts are addressed and the plan is explained without heavy jargon. That’s how trust is built and that’s how treatment succeeds in long term. Working in this field also mean being prepared for emergencies, and I had my share of those intense hours in hospital corridors managing trauma cases. Those moments remind me why precision and calmness are equally vital. Ortho demands skill, patience, and empathy and I try to keep all three close in my practice. I see myself not only as someone who fix bones but as a guide for healthier movement, whether it is post-surgery rehab or advising preventive care. Each patient story is different and I keep learning new things from every case. For me, that constant learning is also an achievement.

I am an ENT specialist with work that span across both private practice and residency in teaching hospital. In Morbi, Gujarat, I managed my own ENT clinic for 1 year where I handled everything from outpatient consults to emergency cases. That phase teached me how to take decisions independently, balance medical & surgical treatment, and get comfort with endoscopic procedure day to day. Running a clinic also gave me chance to build close relations with patients, sometimes even beyond the diagnosis and prescription part, more about listening and understanding what they go through. I also worked as Senior Resident in Department of ENT at GMERS Medical College, Junagadh for 1 year. That role was quite different – high volume OPDs, regular emergency calls and a lot of exposure to advanced surgical cases. I was actively involved in otology and rhinology surgeries, also assisted and performed cases in head & neck including thyroid and parotid. Teaching undergraduate students was also part of my daily work, and honestly I learnt as much from explaining basics to them as they might have from me. Research and academic activities were integral too, and I became more aware of how ENT practice is evolving in evidence based way. During my residency I paid special attention to allergy and vertigo patients, areas that often dont get highlighted but are very distressing for patients. Managing those conditions helped me refine diagnostic approach and patience with long term care. Overall, both my practice and residency gave me balanced expereince – the independence of private setup and the rigour of institutional medicine. I feel this mix makes me better prepared to serve patients across wide range of ENT disorders, be it routine ear complaints or complex head & neck surgeries.

I am a licensed medical doctor with MBBS degree, and till now I hold around 1.5 yrs of clinical expereince that really taught me more than just medicine.. working with people from very diff backgrounds gave me perspective on how illness affect not only the body but also the mind and family life. Most of my work has centered on accurate diagnosis, managing common complaints with clear explanations, and using evidence based treatment whenever possible, because clarity matter a lot when patients are anxious. I focus a lot on building trust in my consultations, sometimes a simple reassurance can be as healing as prescription. In hospital settings I handled outpatient visits, ward duties, and emergency support, which meant moving from routine fevers to more complex cases in a single day, learning to shift gears quickly. I make it a point to explain medical advice in language that is approachable, avoiding heavy jargons unless it is needed, because I want patients to leave knowing what’s going on with thier health. My experience may be shorter compared to seniors but I see it as an advantage too, as I bring energy, curiosity, and willingness to adapt. Every case feels like a new lesson, from managing hypertension or anemia to supporting post-op recovery, and I try to keep myself updated with standard guidelines. I also belive compassionate care is not optional—it is essential. Listening to patients fully, even when they struggle to find the right words, often reveals clues for diagnosis that no test can capture. I continue to grow my clinical skills day by day, aiming to balance detail oriented diagnosis with practical solutions. Medicine is never about rushing to finish, its about patience, empathy and right timing. That’s what I carry with me into each interaction, hoping to make a difference in small but steady ways.

I am a MBBS doctor with around 2 yrs of hands on work in hospitals and clinic setups, and my role so far has been mix of managing general medicine cases, acute emergencies and follow ups that need patient trust more than just prescription. During this period I treated patients from different age group and backgronds, from common fever to complex systemic disorder, and I realised how important clarity in diagnosis is before rushing to treatment. I try to make medical advice simple, not overloaded with heavy jargons, so patients and families can actually understand what is happening with their health. Most of my work exp came from direct OPD consults, ward duties and assisting in emergency care where things move fast and decisions have to be quick, sometimes without much time to rethink. Those moments gave me confidence but also a lot of respect for teamwork, nurses, paramedics, everyone plays a part. I also worked on preventive health measures, guiding patients on lifestyle, diet and long term disease managment, and small interventions like these made me see how prevention really reduce hospital load. I keep myself updated through clinical discussions and by observing senior doctors, always picking up nuances that books dont show. Two years may not sound very long but in medicine every day brings new learning, some stressful, some rewarding. I am trying to balance technical skill with human side of care—listening, being patient, explaining things clearly. That is something I want to carry forward in all my future practice.

I am a dental surgeon working fr the past 7 year and each of those years taught me diffrnt lessons abt patients, skills and how small changes in smile can shift confidence of a person. My base training gave me strong clinical foundation, but later I went on to complete diploma in orthodontics and cosmetology which opened more scope for treating malaligned teeth, jaw corrections and also cosmetic procedures that improve both function & look. Some days my work is all about routine dental issues like caries, extraction, root canal etc, other times I spend long hours planning orthodontic cases with braces or aligners, making sure treatment is both safe and practical. I try to keep my approach simple, explain clearly to patients what is happening in their mouth and what options they have. Many come scared of dental chairs, and my aim is always to make that fear less, with patience and proper explanation. Cosmetology side of my work is also growing, where I focus on smile designing, crowns, veneers and aesthetic dental solutions. This blend of orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry allow me to treat not only the disease but also help patients feel more happy with their appearance. During these years I have worked with wide range of patients—from kids needing early orthodontic care to adults wanting cosmetic improvement—and that diversity keeps me learning. Managing orthodontic corrections require long term planning, while cosmetic work need precision and eye for detail. I try to balance both. For me the biggest satisfaction is when a patient leave my clinic with better health and visible relief on face. Dentistry is technical but also very human, and I remind myself of that each day while working.
