Outside academics and clinics, I’ve also worked in the pharmaceutical sector as a Drug Safety Associate for about 3 years, focusing on pharmacovigilance. Hello dear See for acidity you have to go for both preventive and curative measures Preventive measures Avoid high protein and fat diet Avoid vegetables like spinach,lady finger and potatoes Avoid alcohol and smoking if continuing Avoid medicines like aspirin Walk for atleast 15 minutes post meals Curative measures Tab Omeprazole half hour before food Tab domperiodom empty stomach half hour daily Tablet febrex plus accordingly if recommended Hope you recover soon In case of no improvement in 1 week, Consult general physician IN person for better clarification Regards

Real work, real learning. And while 6 months might not sound like a lot on paper, I honestly feel it shaped a chunk of how I approach patients now—more calm, more alert, and def a bit more humble.
