is badam pisin and gond katira same - #26751
I am really confused about something and could use some insights from you all. A while ago, I started hearing about badam pisin and gond katira, and I've been seeing them in my local health store. The thing is, when I asked the store owner if badam pisin and gond katira are the same, he looked puzzled and just said they’re both good for health! I mean, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and incorporate more natural remedies into my routine, but I need to know if these two really are different or what. Last week, I tried using what I thought was badam pisin for a digestive issue I'd been having, and honestly, I felt some improvement. But then, I read somewhere that gond katira is also used for similar benefits. Like, if badam pisin and gond katira are the same, why are they marketed separately? It just makes me question if I’m taking something I really don’t need or worse, what if they have different strengths or uses? Has anyone here tried both, or can explain if badam pisin and gond katira are in fact the same or distinct? Please help!
