I am really frustrated with this whole acidity situation. Like, I’ve been dealing with severe acidity for the last couple of weeks. It’s not just heartburn, it feels like my stomach is on fire, and sometimes it’s followed by this awful vomiting, ya know? I tried over the counter stuff but honestly, it just makes me feel more sick. Yesterday, it got so bad that I almost couldn’t eat dinner, and of course, that didn’t help the acidity either. I’m wondering if there's a good acidity vomiting home remedy that could help me out. I came across some suggestions like ginger tea and baking soda but I'm not sure if they actually work? And then I saw someone mention something about apple cider vinegar, but what if that just adds to the acidity? I can't really monitor what triggers it either, sometimes it feels like just drinking water makes me nauseous. It's super annoying because I don’t want to keep taking tablets, I’d rather find a natural solution. Is there a quick fix for acidity vomiting home remedy that actually does something? I’m just kinda lost here and don't wanna feel like this anymore! Any tips??
