I am dealing with this really frustrating issue, and I could use some advice from you all. A couple of days ago, I started feeling really bloated and uncomfortable. My stomach was making weird noises, and then after a heavy meal, things just went downhill from there. I ended up with this mix of tummy pain and not being able to go to the bathroom, which is unusual for me. So now I'm stuck here thinking about how to get loose motion naturally because I don't want to take any harsh medications. I've been trying to drink more fluids and eat fruits like prunes and pear, but they don't seem to be working fast enough. I've heard about herbal teas and stuff too, but I don't know which ones are the best or what else might help. I really like to avoid any chemical sort of solutions if I can!
