I am really struggling with my skin lately, and I'm wondering how to make men's face glow. A few months ago, I started noticing that my skin looks dull, almost lifeless, and my girlfriend even commented on it a couple of times, which isn’t really helping my confidence. I tried a couple of different cleansers and moisturizers, but nothing seems to work and when I look in the mirror, all I see is this tired, washed-out face. I don’t know if it’s just stress from work or maybe I'm not taking care of myself enough, but friends of mine mentioned some tricks on how to make men's face glow, like using face masks or certain scrubs. The only thing is, I don't want to end up with a bunch of products that don't do anything, you know? Also, I’ve read online about supplements but like, do those really help or is that just junk?
