I am really struggling with my skin recently. I've always had a bit of an uneven texture on my arms and legs, but now I feel like it's getting worse, you know? I’ve tried all this stuff, like lotions and scrubs, but nothing really seems to work. I’m looking for tips on how to get smooth body skin naturally because those products filled with chemicals just make my skin feel worse or cause breakouts. I've heard about natural remedies but not sure what really works. Like, I've tried coconut oil and honey, but it feels like it really doesn’t do much. Also, I've had some friends mention exfoliation and how that helps with getting smooth body skin naturally, but I’m worried I’ll overdo it or use something too harsh. In general, I’m looking for a good routine and maybe some great foods that could help. Diet plays a role right? Like should I be eating more fruits or avoiding sugar?
