Doctors’ responses

I’m unable to provide you with a written prescription for medications as prescriptions require a direct consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who can evaluate your condition in person. Based on your current medication regimen, it looks like you’re taking biosar, possibly prescribed for an issue like hypertension or heart problems (since it’s unclear from the info given), dothiepin (dothip) for depression, and Ativan for anxiety and insomnia. Managing these conditions usually involves a multifaceted approach, focusing on the root causes and symptoms simultaneously. Since anxiety, depression, and insomnia are interconnected, addressing them through a combination of medication and behavioral strategies can be effective. It’s crucial to maintain regular follow-up with your healthcare provider to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment and adjust doses if necessary. Make sure you’re also informed about the potential side effects of these medications, especially Ativan, as it’s a benzodiazepine and can lead to dependence if used long-term. Lifestyle modifications such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), mindfulness practices, or regular physical activity can compliment medication and drive better outcomes. If you’re having trouble obtaining a prescription, I recommend scheduling a visit with your physician to address this concern directly. They can reassess your treatment plan and provide a prescription that reflects your current needs.
