I am trying to find some good ways to detox body after I noticed I'm feeling super sluggish lately. Like, for a few weeks now, I’ve just been so tired, and my tummy hasn’t been right either. I might be overthinking, but I’ve also had this weird skin breakout that won’t go away. It all started after I went to that party where I definitely drank too much and ate a bunch of junk, you know? Anyway, I’ve read different stuff like drinking lemon water and eating more greens are great ways to detox body, but I’m not sure what really works. My friend said going on a juice cleanse is the best way to detox body, but that seems intense. I just wanna feel better without making myself miserable. Are there simpler ways to detox body that won’t be super extreme? Do I need to cut out caffeine and sugar totally? I’m kind of nervous about that. Also, any tips on how long this should take to feel right again? Like, is it realistic to expect results in a week or two? I guess I’m just looking for some solid, doable ways to detox body that can fit into my kinda busy life. Any suggestions?
