when to take gokshura - #26972
I am kinda confused about when to take gokshura. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super fatigued and I heard from a friend that gokshura might help with energy levels and testosterone balance. I've been trying to get back into shape, you know? Like, doing workouts and stuff, but I'm really just dragging myself through. I’ve read some articles saying that gokshura is great for athletes and helps with stamina, but nobody really says when to take it, you know? Is it better before a workout or after? I also saw some posts saying taking gokshura in the morning might work best for energy but then again, conflicting info on that. And then there are studies saying it takes time to see effects—like, how long do I need to be taking it before I see any difference? Should I take it everyday? My nutrition’s been off lately too. Still, I wanna make sure I’m doing this right. I feel like I’m a bit lost in all the recommendations.
