I am feeling really overwhelmed lately and just not sure where to turn. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for years, but it feels like it’s gotten way worse over the past couple of months, you know? Work has been super stressful, and just yesterday I completely blanked in a meeting. It was embarrassing! I thought maybe I should consider online mental health consultation since I’ve heard they can be super convenient. The idea of seeing someone without going into an office sounds kinda appealing, especially when I struggle with getting out sometimes. Has anyone tried online mental health consultation? Does it really work? I mean, are the therapists just as good as in-person ones? I just worry that talking to someone through a screen might not feel the same, but I feel like I need support. I read some articles about online mental health consultation, and it seems like there are a ton of options out there, but I just don’t know how to find the right fit.
